2. Sign a Buyer-Broker Representation Agreement

To establish representation, we require all buyers to sign a Buyer-Broker Representation Agreement. This ensures that we can advocate for your best interests throughout the transaction.

3. Find Your Dream Home

Explore Adams Homes’ inventory across Florida with our expert guidance to find the perfect home for you and your family.

4. Close the Deal

When you successfully close on an Adams Homes property, The Blackburns will contribute $1,000 toward your closing costs. The contribution will be reflected on your Closing Disclosure.

Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:

- Buyers must pre-register with The Blackburns at eXp Realty before or during their initial visit to an Adams Homes community.

- Buyers must sign a Buyer-Broker Representation Agreement with The Blackburns.

Minimum Purchase Price:

- The contribution applies to homes purchased with a minimum sale price of $250,000.

Closing Completion:

- The $1,000 contribution will be applied only if the buyer successfully closes on the purchase of an Adams Homes property.

- If the transaction is canceled or does not reach closing, the contribution will not apply.

Disclosure Requirements:

- The contribution will be disclosed in writing to all parties, including the builder, buyer, and lender.

- The contribution is subject to lender approval and will appear on the Closing Disclosure.

Contribution Application:

- The $1,000 is applied exclusively toward the buyer’s closing costs and cannot be exchanged for cash or other compensation.

- If total closing costs are less than $1,000, the contribution will be reduced to match the exact amount needed.

Timeframe:

- This offer is valid for contracts executed between January 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025.

Property Eligibility:

- The offer applies to any Adams Homes inventory home in the state of Florida.

- Custom-built homes or properties outside of Adams Homes inventory do not qualify.

Limited to One Contribution Per Transaction:
