Absolutely — and it doesn’t cost you a penny. Builders have sales agents who represent their interests. As your agent, we represent your best interests — from price negotiations to inspections, upgrades, and contract protections.

2. Will I get a better deal if I go directly to the builder?

No — builders won’t discount the price just because you don’t have an agent. In fact, working with us often helps you get more incentives or better terms since we know the builders, their promotions, and how to negotiate them.

3. Can you help me compare multiple builders and floorplans?

Yes! We’ll walk you through the pros, cons, pricing, and features of each builder and community. We know which ones include upgrades, who’s offering flex cash, and who delivers the best quality for your budget.

4. What if I want to build from the ground up?

On average, 4–7 months. But many builders offer move-in ready homes that are already complete or nearly finished — we’ll help you find one that fits your timeline.

8. Can I get a home inspection on a new construction home?

Absolutely — and we recommend it. Even brand-new homes can have issues. We’ll help you line up a qualified inspector for both pre-drywall and final inspections.

9. Do you only work with one builder?
