2. Will I get a better deal if I go directly to the builder?
No — builders won’t discount the price just because you don’t have an agent. In fact, working with us often helps you get more incentives or better terms since we know the builders, their promotions, and how to negotiate them.
3. Can you help me compare multiple builders and floorplans?
